Dachshund is originated from Germany and also known as teckel, dackel, wiener dog, sausage dog
Size: no standard (H), up to 32 pounds (W); Miniature: max 11 pounds(W)
Color: cream, red, black, chocolate, blue or fawn with tan points
Coat: short and smooth, long and silky with weathers, or wired hair (least common)
Personality: playful, fun, devoted, clever, friendly, and courageous
Care: regular grooming
Known health problem: spinal problems: intervertebral disk disease, epilepsy, bloat, hypothyroidism
